About the role
We offer a unique opportunity for an innovative and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate and experienced team in a permanent full-time or part-time capacity. The role will involve a mix of working in our clinic (face to face and Telehealth) and off site (school, preschool and home visits) appointments.
We have a strong emphasis on empowering our staff to reach their full potential professionally and personally. We will support you to develop a specialist clinical caseload or senior roles in your area of clinical expertise.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current drivers licence and own car
- Current Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or the ability to obtain these before commencing clinical work)
- Commitment to personal and professional quality improvement
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
Duties include:
- Administering assessments
- Administering therapy sessions with clients and families
- Completing progress notes and reports
- Liaising with other professionals e.g. doctors, teachers, other therapists, work colleagues

About Enunciate Art Therapy
We are looking for creative and fun art therapist to join our multidisciplinary award winning team!
The Art Therapists will work with and support members of multi-disciplinary teams in delivering quality care through the development of Art Therapy programs for patients and families within Liverpool and surrounding areas – including in clinic, school visits and community service. You will help develop, implement and evaluate the established Art Therapy Program within this clinical setting.
Role responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement and evaluate Art Therapy Programs to meet social, emotional, intellectual, and physical needs of consumers working both individually and in group
- Provide Art Therapy to both adults and children
- Contribute to the development of services by providing consultancy to other departments as required
About you:
- Completion of Masters of Art Therapy or equivalent from an accredited University or provider
- Must be a professional member registered with Australian and New Zealand Art Therapy Association (ANZACATA)
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, self-motivating, flexible, creative, and reliable
- Ability to work as a team and with limited supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Ability to assess clients, evaluate progress and provide clear, concise written and verbal feedback to clients and staff

About you:
As a Counsellor you will directly influence the wellbeing of young clients and adults. The purpose of the role is to support the our clients through individual and family counselling/therapy, assessment and identification of needs of individuals and groups, formulating and case-managing wellbeing, promoting interventions and report writing and referrals.
To be eligible to apply to will need to be (or be eligible for) membership of a relevant professional association (such as AASW, AHPRA, PACFA, ACA)
Plus:
- Minimum 6 months experience working as a social worker, counsellor or psychotherapist
- Strong empathy and understanding
- Able to maintain and develop solid relationships between children, parents, and families in the community
- Have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Youth Mental Health
- Team Player while also able to work independently
- Able to provide Police Checks and WWCC
- Triple Vaccination Status
Duties include
- Provide focused counselling interventions for participants as per a developed treatment plan
- Completing and documenting comprehensive assessments and reports of support needs, areas for development, strengths, and current capabilities (as funding allows)
- Development, completion, and the implementation of recovery plans to assist the participant to meet their psychosocial and functional goals (as funding allows)
- Provide training and support to assist other support providers to implement relevant plans
- Ensure professional and ethical management of client caseload
- Ensure all administrative tasks (including case notes) are completed accurately and on time
- Day-to-day process of collection, use, storage and dissemination of information
- Maintain documentation in accordance with relevant legislation requirements and Enunciate Therapy’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to, case notes, medication records, behaviour charts, medical and personal profiles and reports pertaining to the progress of people we support as well as organisational information required
- Maintain Professional Registrations, Working with Children Check, and a clear Criminal Record.
